CCRC Bursary

“Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it. “ Malcolm X

Each year the Chipoudy Communities Revitalization Committee Bursary awards an exemplary student for their outstanding academic merit and leadership within the community.

Any student who is graduating from Caledonia Regional High School, graduated from Riverside Consolidated School in their grade 5 year, and is enrolled in post-secondary studies is eligible. The bursary is given out annually to one student based on their academic merit and community engagement.

The CCRC Bursary started in 2015 as a $100 award for students who graduated from grade 5 at Riverside Consolidated School and were a graduate of Caledonia Regional High School. Since then, the bursary has grown to a $500 award funded by the CCRC.
